Designed and developed a comprehensive business operations and automated reporting framework using Google Sheets and Google Apps Script. The Challenge
Managing multi-channel and multi-location operational data manually often causes reporting delays, errors, and fragmented sales insights. Tracking real-time performance across daily inventory, courier deliveries, cancellations, exchanges, and central warehouse operations without an automated system was a major operational bottleneck.
