Project Overview
Designed and developed a centralized ERP-based Team Performance & KPI Management System using Google Sheets and Google Apps Script. The system automates team performance tracking, order monitoring, KPI evaluation, and sales reporting by providing real-time insights into individual and team productivity to support data-driven management.
The Challenge
Evaluating employee productivity across multiple sales channels (Website, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.) without a centralized system resulted in delayed performance tracking and subjective evaluation. Monitoring individual order counts, conversion performance, returns, and delivery metrics in real time presented a major operational challenge.
The Solution
Engineered an automated KPI and performance analytics hub using Google Sheets and Google Apps Script. The solution tracks individual and team performance metrics, calculates conversions and return rates, generates channel-wise sales reports, and displays real-time leaderboards to identify top performers and operational risks.
